What You'll Do:

Provide care in alignment with Assisted Living regulations and residents’ individual needs

Assist with planning and coordination of services under the direction of the Resident Services Director

Administer medications and monitor resident health

Lead, support, and guide care staff to ensure consistent quality

Maintain a clean, safe, and compassionate environment

What You'll Need:

Active and unencumbered LPN license in the State of Ohio, required

Current CPR/First Aid certification, required

1+ years of experience in a related field, required

Strong communication, leadership, and organization skills
