Promotes corporate governance and regulatory compliance by ensuring that the Board of Trustees and Mancom have the information and tools that they need to fulfill their obligations.
Oversees documentation and update of all HR & corporate governance related files and databases including maintenance of the organization’s website,

Job Overview
Manage human resource functions and processes in compliance to company policies and legal guidelines;
Handle overall office and administrative function in the
Central Office in support of schools’ operations. Work with the Board of Trustees for activities in support for good corporate governance & regulatory compliance.
General Requirements
Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an HR and/or Administrative Officer
Strong familiarity with HR management systems and labor laws
Proven experience in corporate governance and government relations
Effective organizational, planning & communication skills
Preferably with adequate experience in website management
