Role Expectations

Proficiency in Estate Planning.

Proficient in guardianship and techniques for probate avoidance.

Advanced Knowledge of GRATs, ILITs, and SLATs.

Collaboration: Capable of working effectively with team members.

Responsibilities

Provide guidance and assistance to clients throughout the entire process, from the initial handover by the sales team to successfully closing the case file.

Serve as the primary attorney specializing in estate planning and probate matters, directly engaging with clients to achieve their objectives.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning, with strong references to support expertise.

At least 3 years of experience in estate and trust administration and probate.

Graduate of an accredited law school and hold a valid license to practice law in Florida.

Residency in Florida is mandatory.

Eligible to work in the United States.

Must work on‑site at our office (NOT A REMOTE POSITION).
