Job Summary We are seeking 1-2 Attorneys to join our law firm. In this role you will provide legal counsel, take

depositions, develop evidence and handle all aspects of the file through settlement, mediation or

trial. Fast paced docket with significant staff support, other colleagues, and senior partners to

provide excellent legal services to our clients. If you are a self-starter with a passion for law, we want

to hear from you. This is a great position for an individual who would like to develop their own

practice in terms of client development, how to try automobile cases primarily, but handle all types

of personal injury cases and deal with all phases from signing up through Appeal. If you are board

certified, or would like to get board certified or simply are willing to try cases of all types and can

work independently, let’s talk.

Responsibilities

Prepare contracts, briefs, motions, and other legal documents

Conduct deposition proceedings

Prepare for and attend legal proceedings and pretrial conferences

Prepare Motions, attend hearings, and argue motions

Provide legal counsel in conjunction with senior lawyers

Attend Mediation and Negotiate on behalf of clients

The attorney will be responsible for all phases of handling and trying lawsuits, including deposing the witnesses, attending mediations, and attending and presenting the case for trial to a jury.

Qualifications

Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Lawyer

Licensed Texas Lawyer.

Trial Lawyer

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Quick on your feet and independent.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Strong organizational and technological skills.

Ability to collaborate with colleagues and compassionately with Plaintiffs to best serve clients.

7 to 20 years of Plaintiff's Personal Injury experience preferred

Litigation experience
