Paramount Legal is recruiting for an experienced Collections Litigation Paralegal to join a well‑reputed Atlanta law firm. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in collections, civil litigation, and case management. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, draft, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents
Manage a caseload from initial filing through judgment and post‑judgment actions
Monitor court dockets, deadlines, and case calendars
Conduct research related to service of process, court rules, and statutory requirements
Communicate professionally with clients, courts, vendors, and opposing counsel
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date case files in firm case‑management systems
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in collections litigation or civil litigation required
Strong understanding of court procedures, filing rules, and collection laws
Proficiency with legal software, docketing systems, and MS Office
Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
