$27 to $30/hr on W2 Work hours:
Day Shift A: 12‑hrs (Sun‑Wed) & (Sun‑Tue) Responsibilities
Prepare, stage, set up, and perform startups and shutdowns of hardware components such as racks, hard drives, and switches following detailed instructions and safety protocols. Conduct post‑execution quality checks, verifying proper grounding, staging, labeling, and cabling according to deployment standards and network design tasks. Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify and resolve hardware issues efficiently, replacing faulty components as needed. Decommission hardware for simple upgrades or refreshes, including memory upgrades and OS rebuilds, following standard procedures with minimal supervision. Communicate, report, and Escalate incidents promptly to the appropriate Data Center Technician Leads, ensuring smooth operations and safety compliance. Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification. Basic knowledge of computer hardware, servers, and related components. At least 1 year of experience supporting IT equipment or related technology. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Word. Flexibility to work non‑standard hours, including weekends and holidays. Benefits
