Provide technical support to U‑Haul affiliates and end users regarding the WebSelfStorage application
Educate affiliates on the functionalities of the WebSelfStorage application
Troubleshoot issues and maintain detailed documentation of affiliate tickets
Maintain a positive and composed demeanor while assisting customers in challenging situations

What is Required (Qualifications):
1 to 2 years of technical support or call center experience, or a satisfactoryԠ equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Flexibility to work multiple shifts, including weekends and rotating holidays

Familiarity with business and technical communication etiquette
