Base pay range $125,000 - $150,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
Handle all stages of litigation, from case initiation through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, hearings, and settlement negotiations
Manage foreclosure proceedings and ensure compliance with state‑specific legal requirements
Draft, review, and file litigation documents with precision and within strict deadlines
Collaborate with clients, title companies, co‑counsel, and opposing counsel
Supervise support staff and coordinate with other departments (closings, title, funding) to ensure seamless legal service
Monitor case timelines, track deadlines, and prioritize active matters effectively
Advise clients on foreclosure strategy, legal risk, and resolution pathways
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice in New Jersey (required)
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in foreclosure, real estate litigation, or creditors’ rights
Active license to practice law in the state of New York and/or Pennsylvania (preferred)
Minimum two years of experience in foreclosure law or related legal fields
Strong working knowledge of Pennsylvania foreclosure statutes and court procedures
Excellent legal writing, research, and courtroom advocacy skills
Familiarity with foreclosure and litigation software systems, including Provantage, CaseMax, and LexisNexis
