Job Description
Drafts, negotiates, and finalizes clinical trial agreements with sponsors, ensuring mutually satisfying terms and conditions.
Advises research teams on legal terms specific to the conduct of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and policies.
Monitors and updates budget‑related documentation to reflect changes in study protocols or regulatory requirements.
Maintains detailed records of budget negotiations, agreements, and compliance activities for audit and review purposes.
Provides guidance and interpretation of contract terms, laws, and institutional policies to resolve issues and ensure compliance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (Required)
Neonatal Advanced Life Support (NALS) – Accredited Issuing Body
Society of Clinical Research Associates (SOCRA) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
Pay Range $54,230.45 - $100,875.88
