Qualifications
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, ideally from a top regional school like ASU or the University of Arizona.
11-15 years of legal experience in insurance defense.
Extensive experience in handling complex insurance defense matters, including high-stakes litigation.
Proven track record of success in representing insurance carriers and achieving favorable outcomes.
Strong leadership, management, and business development skills.
Deep expertise in insurance defense law, with a focus on auto, trucking, premises liability, construction defect, and product liability.
