Position Overview As a Store Manager you are responsible for all aspects of the retail store operation. You will lead EVEREVE guidelines, uphold our mission and culture, and ensure that it is consistent across our brand. You must ensure that every customer receives the EVEREVE Styling Experience, that all customers are seen and connected with, and that our store mantra “WE WILL MISS NO ONE!” is lived out.

Responsibilities

Act and lead through our core values of humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity (HEART).

Recruit and build a team of great talent that works within our culture of HEART—both in values and the HEART styling experience.

Maintain a strong presence on the floor and hold the team to that standard with a passion for fashion and trend.

Coach, teach, and develop employees to the behaviors that create success in their roles.

Build a bench of promotable talent for succession planning in the store and across the company; develop future leaders.

Lead operational excellence through daily store operations, managing store inventory and fulfillment, and upholding merchandising and visual standards.

Drive results by effectively leading the team to hit monthly financial targets through in‑store styling, Trendsend styling, customer order fulfillment, and payroll management.

Maintain sales expectation of $15,000 per month.

Lead and set standard for a leadership teamwork strategy by using the Divisions of Responsibilities (DORs).

Requirements

A warm and friendly demeanor, natural connector who knows how to make work fun.

Fashion credible, up to date on current trends and contemporary fashion brands; willing to take risks with fashion and be an early adopter of new trends.

Growth mindset to persevere through challenges and push for solutions.

A “shopkeeper” mentality, willing to take personal ownership of a store and team.

Open to growth and development, highly coachable.

Strong communication skills and ability to cast a clear vision.

High emotional intelligence and ability to influence others.

Strong initiative; can lead through ambiguity and does not require close supervision.

Embodies the EVEREVE brand and serves as a brand advocate for our mission.

Previous retail or leadership experience preferred but not required.
