Brief Description
The City of Sterling Heights is seeking Facility Site Coordinators for the new Pickleball and Table Tennis Complex! This position is part-time (15-20 hours/week) and will be responsible for assisting with a multitude of duties related to the newly constructed Pickleball and Table Tennis Complex. Evening and weekend shifts are available. Position is set to begin in May of 2026. The starting rate of pay is $18.50-$19.00 per hour. This position is subject to an annual background check.
Job Responsibilities Act as a customer service agent to all patrons. Supervises and directs patrons. Monitor patrons as they enter and exit the facility. Open/close the building, perform regular inspection of facility. Computer processing, such as pulling rosters and registering individual users. Other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications Age 18 or older. Possess a valid driver's license. Ability to work evening and weekend shifts. Clerical, computer, & supervision experience preferred. Knowledge of pickleball rules preferred, but will train. Must pass background check and complete CPR, First Aid, and Concussion training. CPR & First Aid training dates will be made available through the Sterling Heights Fire Department upon employment.
