Salary: $70,000–$100,000 annually

About the Role You will serve as the second in command of a million-dollar business and lead daily operations of a Domino’s store. This full‑time, salaried position requires you to manage people, operations, sales, and profits while ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
Lead by example and hold crew accountable during every shift.
Ensure safety, training, and a positive culture for the team.
Oversee all aspects of store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory, and customer service.
Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Great positive attitude
High energy
At least 2 years of multi‑manager experience (in a fast‑food or retail environment)
Prior experience with Domino’s or a multi‑store relationship
18+ years of age and a good driving record
Ability to use Outlook / Email services
High school diploma or equivalent
Good background check
Eligible to work in the USA
Must reside near the store location
