Oversee and lead a team of arcade attendants, ensuring they perform their duties effectively and in a customer-friendly manner.
Provide ongoing training to staff on proper arcade procedures, safety protocols, and customer service practices.
Schedule shifts and manage staff attendance, ensuring adequate coverage for peak hours and special events.
Conduct regular performance reviews, offeringડfeedback and guidance to improve team performance.
Customer Service:
Ensure all customers receive high-quality service and have a positive experience.

Assist in organizing and managing special events, tournaments, or promotions for customers.
Monitor Arcade Operations:
Oversee the operation and maintenance of arcade machines, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Troubleshoot minor issues with arcade equipment and eliminate major issues to the manager or maintenance team.
Ensure the arcade area is clean, organized, and well-maintained throughout the day.
Ensure that tokens, tickets, or credits are dispensed properly and machines are adequately stocked.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Ensure the arcade environment complies with local health and safety regulations.
Ensure staff are trained in emergency procedures, including fire safety, first aid, and evacuations.
Cash Handling and Inventory:
Assist in managing cash registers and handle financial transactions, including ticket sales and arcade game tokens or cards.
Maintain accurate records of cash flow and report discrepancies to the Arcade Manager.
Help with inventory control, including restocking merchandise, tokens, and arcade supplies.
Maintain Equipment and Facility:
Monitor the condition of arcade machines and report any issues that require maintenance or repair.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve major mechanical problems or breakdowns.
Ensure the arcade’s facilities (restrooms, seating areas, etc.) are kept clean and in good working order.
Support Management:
Assist the Arcade Manager with daily tasks, including planning promotions and events.
Implement company policies and ensure staff adherence to rules and procedures.
Step in to manage operations in the absence of the Arcade Manager.
Reporting and Administrative Duties:
Prepare reports on arcade performance, including attendance, revenue, and customer feedback.
Help monitor operational costs and suggest improvements for increased efficiency.
Assist in preparing daily opening and closing procedures, including securing cash and assets.
At least college level
