We are seeking a Plant Team - Pipe for County Materials in Astatula, Florida
Job Duties
Prepare and inspect concrete forms before production
Follow basic production instructions and layout drawings
Place and secure steel reinforcement using tools provided
Install concrete accessories in specified locations
Clean forms, tools, and work areas after production cycles (may require respirator)
Stage materials and components to keep production moving
Assist with moving materials using forklifts or cranes (once trained)
Support quality control, plant cleaning, and safety activities
Perform other general labor or production tasks as assigned
Work Environment
Primarily indoor manufacturing with some outdoor exposure
May involve heat, cold, noise, dust, and moving equipment
Fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Physical Requirements
Stand and walk for most of the shift
Bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Use hand tools, tie guns, and other equipment
Work safely around moving machinery and automated equipment
Experience & Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old
0-2 years of related experience (manufacturing experience preferred)
Ability to work well in a team environment
Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
Mechanical aptitude is a plus
