The opportunity
Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a seasonal Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Scottsdale Stadium in Scottsdale, Arizona for the 2026 Spring Training season. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will assist management in carrying out daily operations of the commissary and warehouse department.
Spring Training games will be held from February 22nd through March 21st. This position will play a vital role on our event days and does have consistent hours throughout the week in addition to events.

What will you do?
Supervise commissary team, including assigning duties, training, coaching, and counseling
Ensure proper stock of beer, soda, food, and other products are in their appropriate locations
Maintain daily awareness of product needs; determine quantities required to adequately stock commissary
Oversee inventory control, including receiving shipments, disposing of outdated material, cycle counting
Maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of storage areas, passageways, elevators, and work areas
Enforce company policies and safety regulations
More about you
Must be at least 18 years old
Minimum 6 months food and beverage commissary or related experience required
Previous experience with Excel or similar database management computer systems required
Strong management skills; ability to delegate and coach others
Basic math skills
No college degree required
Physical requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting and reaching, during the entire length of shift
Ability to work in a warehouse environment where temperatures may range from cold to hot depending on the season
