Operations Manager – Custom Sign Division
Location: Tulsa, OK
Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year (Base salary up to $150,000, bonus negotiable upon offer).
My client is a leading manufacturer of LED lighting, custom signage, and sheet metal fabrication. Due to growth, they are looking for an Operations Manager to lead their Custom Sign Division.
Responsibilities
Day to day management of the Custom Signage operation, including sales, project management, manufacturing, and installation.
Manage month end activities to close AR/AP, job shipments, and production order closing.
Establish new paths to market for existing products.
Track weekly, monthly, and annual sales performance and report to internal stakeholders.
Provide leadership with sales updates and revenue projections.
Identify and implement solutions to streamline processes and inefficiencies.
Benefits
Base Salary up to $150,000.
Bonus negotiable upon offer.
