Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, or any related field.
At least 1–2 years of experience in business to business marketing, preferably in construction or building materials.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Flexible to do works on-site and off-site including site visits.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain good relationships with specifiers (architects, engineers, and designers). Conducts product presentations and technical discussions with prospects to promote Dwightsteel products. Monitors ongoing projects and identify new opportunities for specification inclusion. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and project leads. Develop marketing materials, presentations, and campaigns aimed at specifier audiences. Attend to industry events, seminars, and exhibitions to represent the company. Provide regular reports and updates on specifier engagement and project status.
