You might be a great fit if

You love telling meaningful stories and understand how strong communication can build connection, trust, and community. You are curious by nature, ask good questions, and enjoy spending time getting to know people so you can reflect their stories thoughtfully and authentically.

You bring a bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, graphic design, or a related field, along with a strong foundation in writing and editing. You are a team player with a strong work ethic. You take ownership of your work, contribute positively to the group, and understand that the best ideas often come from collaboration.

Most importantly, you are excited to support and advance Xaverian’s mission as a Catholic school sponsored by the Xaverian Brothers, and you see communications as a way to serve that mission with care, creativity, and purpose.
