Role Description You’ll lead experiential productions from concept to completion — activations, installations, and live events — while collaborating across departments to push innovation in how audiences engage with brands. Roughly 80% of your time will focus on experiential activations and 20% on innovative content (AI, AR, VR, and interactive storytelling). You’ll manage producers and freelancers, oversee complex budgets, and work closely with our Head of Production, Director of AV Production, and Director of Project Management to deliver world‑class experiences.

What You’ll Do

Lead end‑to‑end production of experiential activations, from concepting and budgeting to execution and wrap.

Partner with Creative, Strategy, and Account teams to bring bold ideas to life.

Mentor producers and freelance teams, fostering collaboration and efficiency.

Explore and integrate AI, AR, VR, and other emerging tools into experiential campaigns.

Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and creative problem‑solving.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining scope, budget, and timeline integrity.

What You Bring

5–8 years of experience in experiential production within an agency or brand environment.

Proven success managing large‑scale activations, live events, and pop‑ups (up to 30% travel).

Strong leadership, communication, and vendor‑management skills.

Excellent budgeting and logistics coordination abilities.

Curiosity about emerging creative technologies; experience with tech‑driven activations or new business pitches is a plus.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative, and evolving agency culture.
