Project Documentation Coordinator
Salary: $35.00/hr - $40.00/hr (Base pay range provided by Integrated Resources, Inc (IRI)).
We’re seeking a
Project Documentation Coordinator
to support cross‑functional project teams by driving the on‑time delivery of documentation and project deliverables. This role plays a critical part in ensuring documentation aligns with product development, design change processes, and quality system standards.
About the Role The Project Documentation Coordinator partners closely with engineering and other functional teams to plan, track, and manage documentation throughout the project lifecycle. You’ll work with internal stakeholders as well as external vendors and consultants to ensure projects are completed accurately, compliantly, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Drive on‑time delivery of project documentation and related deliverables
Support project teams with planning, scheduling, tracking, and deliverable management
Ensure documentation is complete, consistent, and compliant with quality system standards
Interface with engineering and cross‑functional teams to facilitate project completion
Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to meet project timelines
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science with
3+ years
of experience, or Master’s degree with
1+ year
of experience
Project management or project coordination experience
Experience working with
EDMS (Electronic Document Management Systems)
Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
Self‑starter with a positive, adaptable mindset
Experience in a
regulated industry
is a plus
