Job Description: The BComFi team is seeking an internal communication specialist to develop and execute communication strategies that drive positive business outcomes for stakeholders and align with organizational objectives. This candidate will play a crucial role in delivering clear messaging to stakeholders, while also creating internal communications and updates to keep employees informed of key developments. Through these efforts, the specialist will help strengthen the BComFi brand, enhance employee engagement, foster stakeholder engagement, and advance overall communication effectiveness. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional writing skills and demonstrate the ability to communicate confidently and clearly across diverse teams, both within the U.S. and internationally. This role will support high-visibility, high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities

Continuously use standardized communication templates with BComFi branding across the department to keep team members informed about important updates, including but not limited to team announcements, project updates, new procedures, and reminders

Providing communication support to high-visibility, high-impact projects such as End to End and Next Gen CRM initiatives by providing timely and transparent project status updates

Craft clear, concise, and engaging written communications tailored to a variety of audiences.

Develop, maintain, and reinforce communication frameworks and internal processes.

Proactively engage and coordinate with stakeholders across different organizations, both US and internationally

Create and update PowerPoint presentations and supporting materials for meetings and stakeholder updates

Develop engaging and informative tutorial videos to support new and existing project rollouts, organization changes

Draft project documentation, newsletters, articles, and other internal/external communications.

Support organizational change management efforts and facilitate smooth rollouts for new technologies, processes, or initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing skills.

Proven experience supporting cross‑functional and/or global projects.

Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable messages.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, as well as experience with Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, Canva, Staffbase, and Figma

Experience creating tutorial or explainer videos

Strong organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills.

Flexibility and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Additional Details to the role

Location/Site: Must be onsite 3X a week (Client 1)

Location: Onsite. Not required to be in 5 days

Interviews: 2 interviews (Derly) and 1 panel
