Responsibilities
Work directly with homeowners to handle service requests promptly and professionally.
Evaluate situations, complete minor repairs, and schedule work with trade partners and vendors.
Use scheduling tools and other computer systems efficiently.
Qualifications
2+ years related experience and/or training.
Computer proficient or able to learn scheduling tools quickly.
Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Valid driver’s license.
