ABOUT THE ROLE
Lead commercial construction projects from pre‑construction through final completion
Manage all aspects of project execution including scope, schedule, budget, and quality
Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules
Prepare and manage project budgets, cost reports, and forecasts
Coordinate and communicate effectively with owners, architects, engineers, and consultants
Identify, mitigate, and resolve project challenges in a proactive manner
Manage and support on‑site Superintendents
Negotiate, award, and manage subcontractor and supplier contracts
Oversee change management, project financials, and reporting
Participate in pre‑construction services including estimating, value engineering, and constructability reviews
Ensure compliance with company safety policies and project‑specific requirements
ABOUT THE CANDIDATE
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
7+ years of experience in commercial construction project management with a General Contractor
Proven experience delivering commercial projects from ground‑up through closeout
Experience managing projects valued at $10M+ preferred
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project priorities
Detail‑oriented with strong financial and schedule management capabilities
Experience working in the Charleston or Southeast market is a plus
