iRent Everything
Event Specialist
Reports to Director of Operations
About Your Role The role of an Event Specialist is essential to the success of our business. You’ll be serving on the front lines, working to provide quality installation and service to a variety of organizations. As an Event Specialist, you are responsible for performing various tasks to aid daily field operations at our primary warehouse in Orlando and on event sites throughout Florida and beyond.
What’s a Typical Day Look Like? Typically, you’ll arrive at our Orlando warehouse between 7:00am and 8:00am and be assigned to a project. We have several teams, and typically have several different projects going on each day, so your work and location will vary.
One of the great things about iRent Everything is that no two days are alike. As an Event Specialist, you may be working in our warehouse one day, and the next day you may be assigned to a project that requires a two-day setup in Tampa. Then back to the warehouse for a day, and on to a weekend project in Atlanta.
Our Rapid Response division involves serving government contractors during natural disasters, in which case we deploy crews to support recovery efforts. Conditions and hours can be extended and will vary based on circumstances and needs. On the occasion where you are assigned to an out-of-town project, the company will be responsible for all related expenses, including transportation, meals, and lodging.
