Responsibilities

Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, ensure excellent guest service, address guest concerns with positive solutions, and oversee room service efficiency (including timely delivery and tray removal).

Train and supervise staff to ensure high performance and adherence to service standards, make budget‑conscious shift decisions, and assign/adjust daily tasks and responsibilities.

Process sales using the POS system, and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.

Enforce enforcement of ABC laws, health regulations, and safety standards within the restaurant.

Use point of sale system to accurately oversee restaurant financial transactions and use other automation systems to audit a broad range of restaurant activities.

Property‑Specific Information Operates as weekend (Saturday & Sunday) Restaurant Supervisor.

Physical Demands

Grasp, lift, carry, or transport up to 40 pounds and operate various food and beverage equipment.

Work most of the shift standing and moving around in the restaurants and kitchen areas.

Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, and reach to perform essential duties for up to 8 hours.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

3‑year experience in food & beverage, culinary, event management or related professional area (preferred).

Alcohol Beverage Servers Certification (required).

Food Handlers Certification (required).
