68230Department/Unit:Renal Transplant ServiceWork Shift:Day (United States of America)Salary Range:The pre-transplant coordinator works with the transplant team to manage patients that are active and active on hold- on the transplantation list.This individual attends transplant committees, QIT's, partakes in Transplant clinic. The pre-coordinator schedules testing, labs, procedures that are necessary for the care of potential transplant recipient. The coordinator fields phone calls from patients, MD offices, etc to manage the patients care.
