Nature of Work The fundamental reason this classification exists is to oversee sanitation crews and provide information to customers concerning services ENG city ordinances and laws that govern the services provided by the Sanitation Department. Primary work responsibilities may include: directing activities of work crews; traveling assigned routes to assist crews; communicating with customers concerning services; assessing service charges; completing келген inspections of sanitation vehicles; reviewing and maintaining records and forms; and operating sanitation vehicles as needed. The Refuse Collection Supervisor classification is supervised by the Refuse Collection Manager.

famílias Minimum Qualifications One year of experience in the operation of equipment such as limb loaders, garbage packers, refuse trucks, and sweepers. Must possess at least a Class B Commercial’s Driver’s License (CDL). NOTE:Qualifying education, training and experience that provide the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job will be considered.

Special Requirements Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record. Must be able to work shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays as schedule requires. WORKING CONDITIONS: Work is performed in a variety of weather conditions with exposure to the elements to include direct sun exposure, extreme heat and/or cold, rain, and lightning.
