Compensation Grade: Faculty 506 Pay Range: $71,300.00 – $107,000.00 (range depends on experience, credentials, etc.)

Job Description The instructor will develop and deliver curriculum, support students, and enhance learning through virtual and interactive instruction.

Responsibilities

Develop instructional materials aligned with learning objectives, course competencies, and instructional interventions.

Deliver engaging one‑to‑many virtual events aligned with course learning objectives.

Participate in faculty learning communities and other developmental opportunities.

Provide timely and effective one‑to‑one virtual instruction to students.

Facilitate student communities to support peer collaboration and faculty interaction.

Coach students to achieve personal, academic, and career goals.

Adapt instructional and coaching practices to meet student needs.

Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.

Qualifications Minimum

Master’s Degree in marketing or a related field (Doctorate preferred); accredited institution.

Minimum 3 years of higher‑education teaching marketing fundamentals/management, preferably online.

Minimum 3 years of industry marketing experience.

Proven coaching and mentoring ability for at‑risk and struggling students using SEL strategies.

Experience with web‑based content delivery platforms such as WebEx.

Strong clarity in breaking down complex topics for student comprehension.

Deliver engaging live (one‑to‑many) events.

Collaboration skills and ability to work effectively as a team member.

Foster a diverse and inclusive learning environment.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Up to 20% travel required.

Preferred

Terminal degree in marketing or related discipline.

Professional certifications in marketing or digital marketing.

Industry experience in sales.

Active participation in marketing networks, conferences, and industry events.

Benefits & Working Conditions Full‑time, regular position (40 hours per week).
