Realm
Realm is partnering with a fast-growing, venture-backed ($50m) AI infrastructure company building next-generation tools for reliability and operational intelligence in complex production environments.
They’re hiring a
Product Designer
to help define how engineers interact with AI-driven systems - turning advanced, probabilistic technology into workflows that feel intuitive, trustworthy, and high-leverage when it matters most. This transport is at an inflection point: core AI capabilities are solidifying, customer usage is expanding, and product quality and experience are becoming central to scale. You’ll play a key role in shaping foundational workflows, influencing how AI is surfaced to users, and helping formalize how the product evolves as adoption grows. You’ll work closely with engineering and applied AI teams to translate technically Alessandro dense systems and multi-source data into clear product experiences, balancing usability with the real constraints of AI-first infrastructure. What you’ll do
Own AI-driven product experiences end-to-end, from early concepts through shipped features Partner cross-functionally to turn complex technical capabilities into approachable user workflows Shape core surfaces and flows, including session creation, exploratory experiences, and extended workflows Navigate ambiguity and tradeoffs inherent in AI-based systems Help transform noisy, high-volume data into understandable interactions and insights Move quickly, incorporating user feedback, research, and real-world usage Advocate for user understanding whileط influencing broader product direction What we’re looking for
4+ years in product design or equivalent hands‑on experience Strong visual, UI, and interaction skills with shipped work to show Experience designing complex, technical, or workflow-heavy products Comfortable owning ambiguous problems and driving clear outcomes Proficient in Figma and modern prototyping tools Startup experience and formal design education are nice-to-haves Details
Interview process: 3 stages (typically completed within 1–2 weeks) Compensation: $150k-$300k base + meaningful equity Location: On-site 5d/w This is a rare chance to work at the intersection of applied AI and large-scale systems, alongside experienced engineers and researchers tackling some of the hardest problems in production reliability.
