What You’ll Do This position will be responsible for operating and maintaining die‑cutting machinery to ensure the precise cutting of lottery and charitable gaming products, including pull‑tab tickets (break‑open tickets) and bingo paper. The role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude and the ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience operating die‑cutting machines in a manufacturing setting, with a proven track record of troubleshooting and maintaining equipment. They will demonstrate strong mechanical skills, attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety and efficiency. This individual will be a proactive problem‑solver, capable of working independently while also leading and mentoring team members as needed. Experience in high‑speed production environments and familiarity with quality control processes will be highly valued.

Additional Duties And Responsibilities Include

Set up, operate, and troubleshoot die cutter machines to ensure accurate cutting and efficient performance.

Inspect materials before and after cutting products to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on die‑cutting equipment.

Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and minimize material waste.

Work closely with quality control to ensure product specifications are met.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with company standards.

Rotate to fill other positions as needed.

Accurately complete work center time sheets by shift end.

Have knowledge of sheet‑fed equipment; printing experience not required.

Direct activities of helper and assist in training new operators as required.

Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

Other duties as required.

What You’ll Need

High School Diploma or GED.

2–4 years of technical training/experience in the field.

3–5 years of experience operating die‑cutting equipment.

Strong mechanical and technical aptitude with troubleshooting abilities.

Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints and specifications.

Strong attention to detail and quality control.

Ability to direct helpers and work well in a team environment.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Additional Requirements

Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (sponsorship is not available).

Ability to pass a background check and pre‑employment drug screening.
