Pay Rate:
$19.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday‑Friday, 7:00 AM‑5:00 PM (flexibility for additional hours as needed)

What You'll Do
Coordinate material installations with customers to support smooth, on‑time project completion
Work closely with the warehouse manager to ensure materials are staged and ready for daily installs
Visit job sites to assist with installations and learn hands‑on installation processes
Read and interpret scopes of work, plans, and installation schedules
Receive, document, and track inventory entering and leaving the warehouse
Update project schedules using software systems and live spreadsheets
Communicate effectively with installers to support teamwork and productivity
Maintain flexibility to support changing project needs and timelines
What You'll Bring
Entry‑level to early‑career experience; 1 year of installation experience preferred
Background in flooring, cabinets, fabrication, or a related trade is a plus
Proactive, problem‑solving mindset with a strong work ethic
Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical, hands‑on work
Basic computer skills with a willingness to learn office and scheduling systems
Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude
High school diploma or equivalent
Welding ability is a plus, but not required
