Base pay range
$18.00/yr - $20.00/yr
Fairfield Inn and Suites Hotel located in North Conway is looking for a Full‑Time Houseperson to assist the maintenance engineer with the hotel’s building, grounds, and rooms to ensure they are guest‑ready. The role also includes cleaning and maintaining guest common areas and supporting the front desk or Bistro as needed.
Pay:
$18- $20 Per Hour Shift:
Full‑Time – Evening / Night Shifts – must have weekend availability
RESPONSIBILITIES
Review maintenance problems, complaints, and work orders to prioritize and schedule work assignments.
Perform preventive maintenance assignments on a scheduled basis.
Service the hotel’s pool, including adjusting chemicals and cleaning filters.
Perform janitorial duties: trash, cleaning public spaces inside and outside of the hotel.
Assist guest needs as they arise from the Front Desk and Hotel Bistro.
Requirements
Valid driver's license.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience in a hotel preferred but not required.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Knowledge of HVAC, troubleshooting, and servicing preferred.
Pool testing certification preferred.
Weekend availability required.
Ability to work independently and with a team.
