Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician
DOC Services, Inc. invites applications for an experienced commercial HVAC/Refrigeration Technician. This full‑time role focuses on preventive maintenance and repair of commercial HVAC units and light commercial refrigeration equipment, offering a consistent year‑round schedule, flexible hours, and a supportive, family‑style workplace.
Essential Functions
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC units and light commercial refrigeration equipment.
Troubleshoot electronic and electrical components and locate the source of the problem.
Remove defective parts by dismantling devices, using hand and power tools.
Provide daily reports and communicate regularly with store managers, the regional DOC Supervisor, and the assigned office administrator.
Adhere to OSHA and DOC safety regulations.
Maintain company vehicles, including supplies and parts inventory.
Execute other duties as required.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or GED.
EPA certification (required).
Minimum of four years of experience in commercial HVAC/refrigeration.
Ability and desire to be cross‑trained on additional equipment.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Proficiency with MS Office products and advanced phone apps.
Ability to provide one's own set of basic tools.
Capacity to work flexible hours and be on call as needed (rotating weekends).

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements This position requires independent work with minimal supervision. You must be able to work in various environments—including construction sites, rooftops, and crawl spaces—climb ladders, and lift heavy equipment up to 75 lbs.
