Job Summary
As a Maintenance Service Technician – Handyman, you will provide rapid, high‑quality repairs to manufactured housing units, ensuring homes remain safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. You will respond to service calls, complete repairs, perform preventative maintenance, and collaborate with the team to uphold the reputation of our model home center. Key Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance to maintain property appearance and condition. Complete service requests and resolve issues in a thorough, timely manner. Perform preventive care on HVAC and other systems. Repair external and roof damage. Requirements & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Numerous and varied handyman skills. Ability to lift and move furniture or equipment (up to 100 lb). Endurance to perform strenuous tasks and lift, stoop, bend, climb ladders. Comfortable working in all environments—extreme heat/cold, rain, snow. Strong customer relations and communication skills. Team‑player willing to support miscellaneous duties. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance. Professional appearance and demeanor. Pass a criminal background check and post‑offer drug screen. Compensation
Hourly wage ranging from $25.00 – $27.00, depending on experience. Benefits
