Base pay range $17.00/hr – $36.00/hr
Position Overview As a Sports Surfacing Installer, you’ll be an essential member of our field team, responsible for the hands‑on installation and maintenance of athletic surfaces. This is a full‑time travel role for individuals who take pride in quality workmanship, thrive in outdoor settings, and want to be part of building something that lasts.
Key Responsibilities
Surface Preparation: Assist with layout, measuring, and prepping sites for surfacing systems.
Installation: Apply and finish synthetic surfaces (including pour‑in‑place rubber) to project specifications.
Repairs & Maintenance: Patch, reseal, or resurface as needed on existing tracks and courts.
Material Handling: Load, unload, and manage surfacing materials and equipment onsite.
Quality Control: Follow company and manufacturer standards to ensure precision and durability.
Safety: Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear required PPE on every jobsite.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and crew members to complete jobs efficiently.
Recommendations
Experience in running track or pour‑in‑place surfacing installation.
Experience in asphalt paving, sealcoating, or roadway surfacing is considered a strong crossover skill for this role.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality work.
Team‑player attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Required Qualifications
Valid driver's license with ability to travel 100% of the time (multi‑state).
Physically able to lift / pull up to 80 lbs. and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Ability to pass a drug and background check.
