The Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and components in compliance with the National Electrical Code. This includes interpreting blueprints and schematics, troubleshooting electrical issues, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met across construction and industrial job sites. The role requires proficiency with tools, electrical testing equipment, and digital reporting systems, along with strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical systems and components in construction and industrial settings.
Install, repair, and maintain motors, transformers, generators, lighting systems, circuits, and other electrical components.
Utilize hand and power tools and electronic testing equipment.
Interpret and follow blueprints, schematics, manuals, specifications, and work orders to determine project requirements and sequence of work.
Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code and company safety/quality standards.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors; submit time records, safety reports, and document work progress using electronic systems.
Pre‑plan and identify methods to eliminate hazards; promote and encourage safe communication.
Obtain safety training as expected.
Qualifications And Requirements
High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
Completion of an electrical apprenticeship program preferred.
Electrical installation experience preferred.
Positive safety attitude and personal integrity (non‑negotiable).
Desire to work in a team‑based environment and contribute immediately.
Ability to self‑start, display solid work ethic, and respect others.
Physical Requirements
Travel to various construction sites; exposure to outdoor elements, noise, need to stand/walk.
Ability to kneel, crawl, bend, climb ladders, reach and handle with fingers, differentiate colors.
Maintain consistent workload involving significant manual labor inside or outside.
Perform work at heights up to 90 ft from ladders, scaffolds, aerial lifts; work in restricted areas.
Lift at least 50 pounds and be constantly moving on feet.
Repetitive use of arms, hands, and fingers.
