Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs
Use authentic customer service to ensure customers feel seen and understood
Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
Physical ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods with or without reasonable accommodations
Responsibilities
Be enthusiastic, excited, and knowledgeable about Nike products and services to support customer needs
Bring a positive attitude and passion to teammates and customers daily
Make customers feel welcome, caring about their fitness wants and needs, exceeding expectations at every step
Play by the rules, maintain professionalism, demonstrate integrity, reliability, and kindness
Operate cash register, shipping, receiving duties; stock products; clean and build visual displays (with or without accommodations)
Show up for teammates by attending store events
