We are a fast‑paced, high‑performance sales agency that offers “done for you sales” services to clients in the online education and consulting space.
Base Pay Range $55,000.00/yr – $65,000.00/yr
Position Overview This role focuses on outbound dialing to warm leads and inbound call qualification. You will generate interest, set qualified sales appointments, and support closers to drive revenue.
Responsibilities
Generate leads and schedule appointments for product presentations.
Arrange and coordinate meetings between prospects and closers.
Attend sales team meetings and training sessions as directed.
Follow up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not commit.
Increase product knowledge by consuming sales training materials.
Participate in daily sales syncs via Zoom to discuss initiatives and review call game tape.
Engage in question‑led discovery to identify challenges, pain points, and create urgency for offers.
Build relationships with leads using a consultative approach.
Ensure leads consume pre‑call materials before the closer call.
Meet or exceed sales appointment quotas and targets.
Adhere to CRM best practices for tracking and managing activities.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless sales process.
Display WFS core values to contribute to a high‑performance culture.
Requirements
6 months of experience as an SDR or appointment setter in high ticket or consultative sales.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Self‑starter with strong drive for success.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Excellent people skills and rapport building.
Experience with CRM systems.
