Regional Sales Manager – East & Mid‑West Regions

Overview In this exciting role you will be part of an innovative sales team, bringing internal knowledge and new external perspectives together to deliver on business needs. The position is primarily remote but can be based in the Mid‑West or Northern Eastern region of the United States.
Core Responsibilities
Develop the sales region’s business plan and execute activities to reach targets.
Accountable for meeting short‑term (18‑month rolling) sales and business‑development targets, including price management.
Manage and develop the territory, targeting companies and engaging technical decision‑makers for sales and opportunity development.
Drive business‑intelligence activities such as competitor analysis, pricing, market trends, and industry segment behavior.
Manage and mentor independent sales representatives within the territory to optimize sales.
Effectively follow up on leads and convert them into buying customers.
Travel Travel will be 50 % of the time, mostly within the East and Mid‑West regions of the United States.
Location Primarily a remote position with the option to be located anywhere in the region.

Metrics‑driven, computer skills, Microsoft Dynamics
About You
More than 6 years of successful experience in a high‑value sales‑management environment, preferably in the US market.
Strategic thinker with a hunter‑style mentality.
Strong decision‑making skills, even under uncertainty, with customer focus at the center.
Excellent collaboration and solid leadership skills.
Creative, entrepreneurial, and self‑motivated with a professional style based on trust through communication.
Strong technical aptitude and business‑English communication skills.
Electrical, mechanical, or chemical engineering background and/or experience in industrial heating, electrification, or semiconductor industries is an asset and preferred.
Valid driver’s license.
