Full Job Description We are seeking an entry-level sales representative to join our team. In this role you will close high-ticket B2C and B2B sales, transforming these leads into success stories. If you’re looking for an unparalleled income potential, personal growth, and a dynamic work environment, on a PT or FT basis this is the opportunity for you!

Our FT sales representatives in this role typically earn an OTE (on-target earnings) of:

$75,000–$150,000 in the first year

$150,000–$250,000 in the second year

$250,000–$350,000 in the third year

$400,000+ after 3.5 years

Key Responsibilities

Manage and close inbound warm leads to meet and exceed sales targets.

Engage with prospects through calls, meetings, and follow-ups to build rapport and demonstrate value.

Conduct product and strategy presentations and provide detailed information on services.

Negotiate and close high-ticket deals with both individuals and business owners.

Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales progress within the award-winning CRM system.

Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development to enhance skills and performance.

Contribute to a high-energy, goal-oriented team environment focused on growth and success.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a high-ticket environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas.

Self-motivated, driven, and hungry for success with a “Winner” mindset.

Ability to work remote in USA from Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as needed.

Valid Driver’s License.

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening as part of the pre-employment process with company partners.

Full-time: (5 days/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM) + weekends as needed for your goals

Part-time: Flexible, need 8 to 16 hours available weekly.
