The schedule is a 24/7 ROTA schedule, 7 days on, 7 days off. The Nanny will be live-in while on shift and sleep in a guest house. Full 24/7 availability is required, including overnight care as needed. Domestic travel is required. Children:

Three children between the ages of four and nine years old. Duties:

The Nanny will be responsible for all aspects of child-related care for a busy family. Responsibilities include driving children to and from school and activities, planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, fostering each child’s development, preparing simple meals for the children, handling children’s laundry, and light tidying related to the children. The children typically wake around 6:30 a.m., have busy afternoons with school dismissal between 2–3 p.m. and after‑school activities, and go to bed between 7:00–7:30 p.m. Requirements:

Candidates must have a minimum of three years of private nanny experience with toddlers through school‑aged children, with excellent verifiable references and demonstrated longevity with prior employers. The ideal candidate is loving, kind, patient, energetic, and friendly, with an outstanding work ethic and excellent communication skills. This role requires someone who works well in a multi-staffed environment, is collaborative and flexible, and is comfortable holding boundaries with children while remaining warm and nurturing. A strong focus on culture and creating a happy, positive environment for the children is essential. Candidates must swim and must drive; Family can provide a vehicle for use on the job. Candidates must have or be willing to obtain up-to-date vaccinations, including COVID and booster and Tdap vaccinations. Salary range:

$130,000 – $140,000 Benefits:

This position offers paid sick time and medical insurance. The family will be withholding taxes and paying via payroll. Pets:
