Requirements / Qualifications
Valid California Educational Specialist Instruction Credential – Moderate/Severe with Added Authorization for Autism Spectrum Disorder (AAAS) and California English Learner authorization.
Intern eligible applicants: attach University Letter of Intern Eligibility as AAAS Certification, Credential Copy, and English Learner Authorization.
Certification (AAAS required – if embedded in credential, submit a credential version that reflects the authorization).
Copy of Transcript – unofficial accepted; sealed official transcripts required upon hire.
English Learner Authorization – if embedded in credential, submit a credential version that describes EL authorization.
Letter(s) of Recommendation – three letters required, dated within last 2 years.
