Security Officer - Residential Patrol Lead

Daly City, CA . As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol residential areas to help create a secure and welcoming environment for residents and guests. You will remain highly visible throughout the location, assist in helping to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service.

What You’ll Do
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential community and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols.
Collaborate with residents, visitors, and property management to address concerns and provide assistance as needed.
Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly.
Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help deter potential issues and provide reassurance to residents and guests.
Minimum Requirements
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
