Job Summary The Manager, System & Infrastructure Engineering is responsible for providing high quality support to fault tolerant infrastructure in order to meet the defined business requirements. The manager collaborates with peer groups to ensure all support and operational requirements are considered as part of the overall solution
What you'll do
Serve as the liaison to other Information Technology Teams to incorporate Infrastructure support requirements into an overall technical solution
Oversee a support strategy together with resource plans to support company objectives, project timelines and budget
Collaborate with other Department Managers to provide high quality input to initiative proposals and estimates; identify areas of opportunity to provide shared IT infrastructure support across multiple IT platforms
Ensure standards and processes are in place and followed for physical and virtual technology strategies
Oversee Configurations Infrastructure team; manage physical equipment and related inventory within Configurations
Design upgrades & enhancements based on business need to maximize workflow and efficiency
Responsible for new solution testing & portfolio execution requirements (ex: technician skill level requirements, area, hardware/software requirements, etc)
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for advanced solutions and issues related to the deployment of Configuration Services
Ability to work a flexible schedule if needed; occasionally work evenings, weekends or overnight
What we expect of you Minimum basic requirements
Bachelor's degree Information Technology or a related field and 5+ years IT Infrastructure experience OR 9+ years IT Infrastructure experience
Strong analytical skills with critical attention to detail
One year of managerial experience
Demonstrated resourcefulness and creative problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all stakeholders including senior leadership
History of balancing multiple priorities simultaneously with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines
Track record of building and maintaining cross‑function, collaborative working relationships
Solid project management skills
Demonstrated ability to develop, document and manage process
Preferred skills, experience, and qualities needed (optional)

Pay range: $ 133,000 - $ 185,000 depending on experience and skill set Annual bonus target of 10% subject to terms and conditions of plan Benefits overview: https://cdw.benefit-info.com/ Salary ranges may be subject to geographic differentials
