15+ years of experience

What You’ll Be Doing Client Development & Account Management
Build relationships with hiring managers in the
data center and infrastructure space
Win new contract staffing business through outbound sales
Negotiate terms, fees, and contracts
New Business Development
Map markets and identify active projects
Prospect and open new client accounts
Operate a true
“eat what you hunt”
model from day one
Candidate Sourcing & Delivery
Source and manage white-collar contractors for project-based roles
Interview, qualify, and place candidates
Support contractors throughout their assignments
Track project pipelines and hiring trends
Analyze competitor activity
Spot new opportunities before they hit the market
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of sales or client-facing experience (B2B or B2C)
Strong commercial awareness and hunger to earn
Comfortable working in a KPI-driven, high-performance environment
Confident communicator with relationship-building ability
The recruitment experience is not required — full training provided.
