About the Role Gaming Manager | Terrey Hills Tavern

The Terrey Hills Hotel is seeking a professional and compliance-focused Gaming Manager to oversee our gaming operations. We are looking for a hands‑on leader who can maintain a high standard of service and ensure a premium experience for our patrons.

To be considered, you must be over 18, hold a current RSA and RCG.

A day in the life of a Gaming Attendant

Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won’t forget.

Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety as well as RSA and RCG/RSG compliance.

Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations.

What do we need from you About you:

You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates.

You are a team player and have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends.

You hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications.

You’ll be yourself and come as you are – ALH is known for its people!

Inherent requirements:

This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
