Hospitality Manager As a Hospitality Manager, you will create a spirit of hospitality in the Front‑of‑the‑House, fostering a warm and positive environment. You will select friendly and talented co‑workers, lead the human and financial resources to achieve profitable operations, and ensure guests experience a dining environment that encourages long‑term loyalty. In the absence of the General Manager and Kitchen Manager, you will oversee the restaurant’s overall operations, including food quality, production, safety, and labor.
Responsibilities
Create and maintain a welcoming environment for guests.
Select, train, and manage front‑of‑the‑house staff.
Lead financial and human resource initiatives to meet operational goals.
Ensure food quality, production standards, safety, and labor compliance.
Requirements
Strong, stable work history and management experience in a high‑volume casual or family‑style restaurant.
College coursework in business or hospitality (education and training).
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
