Salary Base pay range: $17.00/yr - $17.00/yr. Actual pay will be based on skills and experience.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing warm, professional service throughout their stay.
Handle check‑in and check‑out procedures, manage reservations, and address guest inquiries or concerns.
Assist guests with information about hotel services and local attractions.
Report to the Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor.
Build a welcoming and seamless guest experience via friendly demeanor and attention to detail.
Education & Experience
Hotel experience is a plus. A combination of education and experience is desirable.
Qualifications
Eligible to work in the United States.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
