Job Description
GardaWorld Security Services is Now Hiring a Flex Security Officer! This role focuses on providing high-quality customer service while maintaining safety and security at a variety of sites such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.
What’s In It For You
Site Location: Whitsett, NC
Shift availability: 1st, 2nd, 3rd shift to cover open hours for the site.
Up to 40 hours per week
Competitive hourly wage: $16.00 / hour, bi‑weekly pay periods (DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees)

Responsibilities
Customer service duties such as welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors.
Manage access control.
Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.
Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
Answer questions in person or by phone.
Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
Qualifications
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
Pass an extensive screening process.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Proficient in basic phone and computer use.
Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus.
State license if required.
Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening to be conducted after an offer of employment is extended.
